When I first started my business, I thought success meant more.
More clients. More offers. More hours in front of the screen.
But “more” eventually became “too much.”
Somewhere between the checklists and the deadlines, I realized I was building a business that didn’t feel like me anymore.
It wasn’t that the work itself was wrong — it was that my energy wasn’t being honoured.
That’s when I learned one of the most sacred truths of entrepreneurship:
Your business isn’t meant to take from you.
It’s meant to nourish you.
Every project carries the vibration of the energy that birthed it.
If you create from stress or scarcity, your work will carry that frequency.
If you create from joy and alignment, people will feel that too.
So before you launch anything new, pause and ask yourself:
“Is this inspired or is it forced?”
If it feels heavy, maybe it’s not the idea that needs to change — maybe it’s your pace.
Money is often one of the biggest mirrors in business — revealing where we still hold fear, lack, or self-doubt.
In my recent conversation with Abbey Rose, known as The Spiritual Accountant, we explored this idea in depth on my YouTube channel. Abbey shared her journey of transforming traditional accounting into a heart-centered financial practice that empowers people to see money as energy — a sacred current that reflects our relationship with trust, freedom, and worth.

We talked about what happens when you begin to make business decisions from love instead of fear, and how “cosmic currency” flows naturally when you stop chasing and start aligning.
When you approach your business through this energetic lens, abundance becomes a byproduct of authenticity — not overextension.
We’ve been taught to measure success in output, but real productivity flows from presence.
There’s power in working slowly, intentionally, and allowing your energy to guide your focus.
Rest isn’t resistance; it’s recalibration.
It’s what allows your creativity to return in full colour.
When you stop glorifying burnout, you begin honouring the seasons of your business — the same way nature honors hers.
There’s no strategy that can replace alignment.
You can follow every marketing tip in the world, but if your energy doesn’t match the message, it won’t resonate.
The most magnetic thing you can do for your business is to be yourself.
To speak from truth, not performance.
To trust your intuition as much as your analytics.
A soul-fed business is built on balance.
It supports your nervous system, honors your capacity, and evolves with you.
That means raising prices when you’re undercharging, saying no when something isn’t aligned, and creating systems that give you space to breathe.
Because your energy is the most valuable resource you have — and your business will only thrive if you do.
If your business has started to feel heavy, it’s not a sign to give up — it’s an invitation to come home to yourself.
To rebuild from alignment rather than obligation.
The work you were meant to do will always feel like an extension of your soul, not an escape from it.
Let your business be the bridge between your purpose and your peace.
