Life has a way of asking us to hold many things at once — careers, relationships, family, creativity, health, and the quiet inner world that so often gets pushed to the side.
In this heartfelt episode, I sit down with Hasu Marney Coulter to explore what it really means to juggle life with presence, compassion, and discernment — and how knowing what truly matters can change everything.
One of the most powerful metaphors we explore is the idea of glass balls versus plastic balls. Some responsibilities in our lives are fragile and irreplaceable — our health, our relationships, our inner well-being. Others, while still important, can be gently set down and picked back up without everything shattering.
Learning the difference is an act of wisdom.
Hasu shares her nearly 30-year journey with yoga — not just as a physical practice, but as a way of living, listening, and returning to herself again and again. Yoga, for her, became both a healing path and a daily compass, guiding how she meets change, pressure, and the inevitable seasons of life.
Rather than pushing through or striving for perfection, Hasu speaks to the importance of regular resets — moments where we pause, breathe, reconnect with the body, and soften our relationship with what’s unfolding.
These resets don’t require hours on a mat or retreat-level commitment. Often, they begin with a single breath and a willingness to listen.
So much of modern life is driven by urgency, performance, and the quiet belief that we should be doing more. In this conversation, we gently question that narrative.
What happens when we move from presence instead of pressure?
When inspired action replaces ego-driven tasks?
When we let gratitude, intention, and embodiment guide our choices?
Hasu’s wisdom is deeply grounded and refreshingly real. She reminds us that slowing down isn’t falling behind — it’s often the very thing that brings us back into alignment.
Whether you’re navigating career demands, family responsibilities, energetic shifts, or simply trying to find a little more ease in your day-to-day life, this conversation offers something steady to lean into.
It’s a reminder that:
You don’t have to hold everything at once
Pausing is productive
Presence is a form of care
And life becomes more manageable when we stop treating everything as glass
This episode is an invitation to soften, reset, and trust the quiet intelligence of your body and inner knowing.
